“Mommy & Me Fitness has been the spark I needed to get back into shape after having four kids in four years. My fitness routine struggled with all the physical changes in this period, and I was feeling discouraged after being postpartum with my fourth and feeling like I was in such an unfamiliar body. Nothing I tried worked with the reality of four little kids, nor seemed worth it financially. Finding MAM has been a blessing to me! After a few sessions I noticed the things that used to feel painful, like my back when picking up my kids or holding one on my hip for long periods, no longer were. Meet the coach
Hi, I’m Brooke Hageman! My husband and I have a 3 year old son and a daughter under 1, and we live in Citrus Heights, CA where we opened our garage gym to the public!
I am a certified Level 1 CrossFit trainer, and have 4 years’ experience being under professional CrossFit coaches + 3 years of doing my own workout routines at home.
I am so passionate about exercising and staying healthy in order to be the best versions of ourselves for our families and friends. I grew up always doing sports and staying pretty active without really thinking much about it. And after becoming pregnant and giving birth to my first baby, I saw how my body changed and it left me even more confident that fitness is one of the best tools that you can use to bless you and your family!
I am on your team! Whatever your goals are, I am bought into your fitness journey and I can’t wait to get started with you 😍 it’s an honor.
