Is this just for moms?
No!
What if I'm really out of shape?
Who cares? You need to start somewhere!
What if I have an injury?
Some injuries do benefit from movement (like mild strains, stiffness, postpartum rehab, etc.) but others need modification, rest, or medical guidance (like acute tears, fractures, severe prolapse symptoms, etc.). While we try to practice “full range of motion” in our movements, sometimes partial range or controlled rehab work is safer early on.
Is this just for women?
Yes! We don't need any men around looking at our butts while we squat.
How do I prepare for our workouts?
Eat a snack or a meal with protein, carbs fat and fiber! Wear any athletic clothes that you're most comfortable in and running or weightlifting shoes.
What's the best way to recover after a workout?
A meal or snack with protein, carbs, fat and fiber just like before a workout! There are great supplement options to help aid in hydration as well that I'd be happy to share with you.
How do I pay you?
Venmo, cash, PayPal or Zelle have been great ways of paying me so far until I get online purchasing options.
Is there a cancellation policy?
At this time, no. But I do ask that if you need to cancel your appointment to please give me as much notice as possible as a courtesy!
