Movement brings blood flow and can promote recovery. Even with an injury, through practicing full range functional movements within your capabilities, it will allow for healing to take place as well as strength to build.

Is this just for women?

Yes! We don't need any men around looking at our butts while we squat.

How do I prepare for our workouts?

Eat a snack or a meal with protein, fat and carbs! Wear any athletic clothes that you're most comfortable in and running or weightlifting shoes.
