In-Person Personal Training

This package is for anyone that is wanting to improve their health but are feeling lost and maybe a little bit intimidated about where to start. Whether you have an injury you are recovering from or maybe special circumstances, personal training can still be so helpful for you! My in-person personal training clients get my one on one attention, uninterrupted by any distractions! My goal is to tailor every workout and program we use to help accomplish your specific goals and needs. Outside of the garage, I continue to be your biggest supporter and accountability partner as I will be available 24/7 to you!

Full Workout

We will get started right away with a full-body exercise routine to establish a good baseline of your fitness level.

I will be available to you 24/7 for any questions or concerns you have as you strive for nutrition and movement milestones.

Pricing Options

Provide a general summary of the services you provide, highlighting key features and benefits for potential clients.

Monthly Subscription - $150-$400/month for up to 3 sessions per week

This will be a way to save money through a monthly price (rather than paying by the hour) for clients that want a consistent & reliable schedule to get some good movement in with their trainer!

Pay by the Hour - $45 per hour

This continued service will be after our initial consultation session where you'll receive a guided warm-up, strength portion and a classic CrossFit workout.

Initial Consultation/First Session - $65 first time

This will establish a baseline of where your capabilities are at physically, nutritionally and mentally. We will go over goals, your health history and much more.
