Group Classes
CrossFit is more of a sport rather than a gym routine! Exercising with others encourages healthy competitiveness and provides support in your fitness journey that you may not have otherwise.
Class Times
Monday 9:45 am & 1:00 pm
Wednesday 9:45 am & 1:00 pm
Friday 9:45 am & 1:00 pm
1. Wear any fitness clothes & shoes that you are most comfortable in! Keep in mind that bouncy running shoes can make weightlifting and/or squatting more difficult so I suggest a more flat/weightlifting shoe if you are able to have them. Nobull or Reebok brands are great!
2. Bring a water and/or snack for after the workout!
3. Don't forget a hair tie!
4. I will have snacks and toys for the kids to play with.
5. After filling out a contact form, I will reach out to you to schedule your first session and send you additional info regarding my address and payment.

I have been collecting my gym equipment for almost 5 years now and am always on the lookout to grow the garage! If equipment is ever limited during a class, we thank you for your understanding in advance if any items need to be shared with other clients. With that being said however, don't ever underestimate the power of a pair of dumbbells and good old-fashioned burpees in a WOD - while having an abundance of items to work with is fun, it's not always necessary!
For the older kids, I have snacks and toys available in the living room during the workouts that they all really enjoy! For the smaller babies, they usually will be with us moms in the garage either being held by me (if needed) or inside a bouncer or pack n' play of some sort. We are flexible here so whatever your child is needing, we make sure to allow room for that to happen! We want you AND your babies to have a great experience!
*Disclaimer: all toys and major surfaces are sanitized after each class to avoid the spread of germs. Please be mindful of others when deciding to come to a class or not if you or any of your children are feeling sick. Thank you for your understanding!






Group Class Pricing
Take a look at what option will work best for you!
Pay by the month - once, twice, or three times a week ($20-$65 per month)
Count how many days you wish to attend in that month, and pay up front at the beginning of each month. If some months have more or less days that you will be coming, your payments will reflect that.
If I need to cancel for sickness reasons or if you cancel for any reason, the missed session(s) will count as a credit towards the next month.
Pay as you go - $5 per class
After each session you would pay $5 that is due the same day.
